Camp Fire Central Oregon features various special events throughout the year. From our annual Autumn Family Faire to regular Kids Night Out events, fundraisers, and more, there’s something for everyone, including opportunities for Camp Fire friends, families, and alumni to connect and volunteer! Kids Night Out!

Camp Fire Central Oregon is hosting a number of incredible Kids Night Out events in both Bend and South County (La Pine). These evenings feature all kinds of fun for kids while parents/guardians enjoy the evening doing something fun themselves! Hosted by Camp Fire certified babysitters to support our camp scholarship fund, we’ll have crafts, games, activities and loads of fun, plus dinner! For ages 4-11. Enjoy an evening out while we look after your kiddo!

Annual Valentines for Veterans on MLK Jr. National Day of Service!

Camp Fire Central Oregon invites the community to honor MLK Jr. National Day of Service by creating heartfelt Valentine’s cards for U.S. veterans. All ages are welcome to drop in on Monday morning, January 19, at Bend Church-United Methodist to craft cards that will be delivered to the regional veterans hospital on Valentine’s Day. Materials are provided, and participants will also hear from a local veteran, our guest speaker.

Registration is encouraged through Connect Central Oregon, but walk-ins are warmly welcomed.

Camp Fire’s Not’Cho Grandma’s BINGO Fundraiser + Fall Raffle!

Camp Fire Central Oregon is hosting Not’cho Grandma’s BINGO fundraiser at Silver Moon Brewing in partnership with YOUNI Movement. This ain’t your ordinary BINGO, either! Come on out to experience the most outrageous BINGO event in Central Oregon, which serves as a fundraiser for Camp Fire’s youth programs and youth scholarship fund! Join us for the big fun! BINGO tickets are available as single tickets or by table! Grab your friends, family…whomever and don’t miss out!

Raffle tickets are available online HERE.

This 50/50 cash raffle is limited by Oregon state law to a cumulative handle of no more than $10,000 per calendar year.

 

5th Annual Autumn Family Faire

Join us every October (2026 date TBD) for this  FREE community-focused event offering autumn-themed games, crafts, food vendors, face painting, and a photo booth. Held at Troy Field in Bend, the faire is a friend-raiser, creating awareness around Camp Fire Central Oregon’s programs and camps, with opportunities to learn about supporting Camp Fire’s scholarship fund, sponsorship and partnerships. Get festive—everyone is encouraged to wear a costume! Oh, and we’re seeking teen and adult volunteers wishing to give back to their community and make this event happen…scroll down for sign-up links!

Get Involved—Volunteer!

Camp Fire Central Oregon always needs volunteers to help with the event. This annual faire is an official Teen Connects event, where Camp Fire teens help with set up, activities and games, and cleanup! Check back Fall 2026 for details about volunteering!
