Gift Card Frequently Asked Questions

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique 16-digit code. On January 6th, that code will be activated in our registration system and can be entered when you get to "My Cart" under "Add a gift certificate or promotional code." You do not have to use the full balance all at once. You may use it multiple times up to the full value of the certificate. Gift certificates cannot be applied to already existing reservations.
Your code will be active in Camp Fire's registration system on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. It may be used to register for any of our current or future programs that are available for registration through December 31, 2026.
Yes, your gift certificate must be used to make a reservation prior to December 31, 2026.
Yes. Your unique code may be used to register multiple people for our programs. They do not need to be in the same account. Reservations do not need to be made at the same time.
Yes! You may use if for all current and future programs that are open for registration up through December 31, 2026. The gift card cannot be used on programs you are already registered for.
Yes! If you have been provided with a financial assistance discount code, you can still enter that code when you get to your Cart as you usually would, THEN simply "Add a gift certificate or promotional code" AGAIN and enter your gift card code. Both will be applied to your registrations. If you don't use the full amount of your gift card at one time, the unused balance is still available the next time you register for a program.
