Camp Fire does NOT provide transportation to Amity Creek; it is the responsibility of the family to get their child to Amity Creek if they are not a student at the school. Two options families have used:

  • Drop off at Amity during afterschool hours at the back entrance. Call the phone number on the Camp Fire sign and a staff member will come outside.
  • To get your child on the bus route that drops off in front of Boys and Girls Club, email Camp Fire Afterschool. We will work with the school district transportation team to arrange drop-off at camp.

2026/27 Daily Themes

The daily themes are the same for both locations. And while the daily themes remain the same in fall, winter, and spring sessions, the experiences from session to session will be fresh.

Mondays: Solve It!
From testing wild ideas to working together to find solutions, every day is a chance to think big, try new things, and discover that mistakes are just part of the adventure. Join us in experimenting, exploring, and solving!

Tuesdays: Play & Move
It’s time to get moving! In our Play & Move theme, kids will build confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits through active games, creative movement, and high-energy fun.

Wednesdays: All About Nature
Step outside and explore the wonders of the natural world! In our All About Nature theme, kids will discover plants, animals, weather, and the amazing ecosystems all around us. Explore, discover, and connect with nature with us!

Thursdays: Ready, Set, Create!
Imagination takes center stage in this creativity-packed theme! Kids will explore art, building, crafting, and design through hands-on projects that spark self-expression and big ideas. Every Thursday is a chance to try new materials, think outside the box, and bring ideas to life.

Fridays: Keep It Green
Kids will learn simple ways to protect the Earth through fun eco-friendly projects, recycling challenges, and nature-inspired activities. We’ll explore how small actions can make a big difference and empower kids to become everyday environmental heroes. Let’s work together to keep our world green and growing!

We strive to make all of our programs available to as many youth as possible, regardless of the ability to pay.

Learn about and apply for Financial Assistance.

Because we schedule staff, invest in supplies, and plan for expenses based upon the number of youth we are expecting, we must adhere to our cancellation policies.

Most of our fee-based programs require a $10-25 non-refundable fee at registration (unless specifically noted in the program description).

More about cancellation policies.

Don't wait to register! High-quality youth programs are in high demand and Camp Fire programs are kept small to ensure a great adult:youth ratio and create the best learning experience possible. That means space is limited and many sessions sell out quickly. If the program is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist.
